TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL GUIDELINES
By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.I have the right to decline any requests when applying for a commission from me, if there is any issue, please contact me about this, but I will have right of way to decline anything that goes against my guidelines, or I do not agree with.
Clients will receive a sketch of their art piece. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time.
Waiting time for commission, in progress, or requesting for one, will vary depending on if there's a queue.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If I have not begun working on your commission, you will be refunded 100% of the commission.
Once the sketch has been completed and sent for approval, a refund cannot be given if asked by the client.
Refunds will only be given if I cannot finish the commission, there was an error in the making, etc.
PAYMENT
100% of the payment is required upfront before the commission is started to avoid scamming, please understand this.I take payment through PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp & Ko-Fi.
I use USD, if you use a different currency, please notify me so I can convert USD to your currency.
RIGHTS AND USAGE
You may NOT alter your commission piece in any way, (Edit, Trace, Copy, AI USAGE, etc.) if you want something changed that's small, please contact me.
You may not use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
You may not remove my watermark/signature.
You may not use my art for commercial purposes such as advertising, merchandising, prints, etc. If you are requesting me to work with you under any commercial use, please contact me.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CLAIM THAT YOUR COMMISSION WAS DRAWN BY YOU.As a client, you have the right to:
- Claim the character, but not my art as your own, share/repost the art anywhere (with full and appropriate credit.)
- Request that I do not post your commission. (You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this rule to come into effect.)
- Print the work for personal use.
- Allowed to use my commission for desktop backgrounds, profile pictures, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study.
